You may be wondering that why sleep is important, but most of the people never think this. People who think more about a lot of things in detail, I am sure that this thinking comes to their mind also.
When a person is sleeping it's all body senses such as sense to smell, sense to hear, sense to see, sense to taste, sense to touch, are all not working. This is particular thing that a person wake up because of noise and this is not related to our sleep , it is a different topic.
When a person is sleeping, his/her all senses are not working, and because of this they need something special place which can give them security while they are sleeping. And from this comes shelter means house

Sleep is important for every human and a lot of animals. Sleep regulating hormone melatonin is important because it makes a person sleep. And sleep gives us a number of benefits such as:
• It boost immune system and it makes a person immune system strong
• when a person is sleeping, growth hormones are released
• Good sleep makes us more fresh and more productive for the day
• It helps body tissues to repair itself
• It helps to fight diseases and gives more results
• It maintain our emotional and mental and social health.
• It prevent heart attacks
• It makes our body working in a proper way etc.
There are lots of benefits for sleeping and sleeping is important because without sleep a person can die. Sleep was and always important for humans. People from ancient time have habbit to sleep in the night and this makes us suitable for us to sleep in night and because we are adapted to it.
Those people who don't sleep well are often suffering from health related problems from always. There is no evidence that those people who don't sleep well are working well and are productive.
Health is very much depended on our sleep.
A good sleep like sleep of 7 to 8 hours per day is making people more productive than those people who sleep 6 hours. Sleep is improving our efficiency.

Sleep is important for our mental health because , it is a fact that mind never fall asleep, but mind need time to repair your body parts and to release hormones for its healthy functioning of the body.

Stress causing hormone called cortisol is decreased during first some hours of sleep and that's why people feel fresh after a long sleep.

A lots of hormones are released when you asleep such as melatonin which maintain sleep timing and growth hormone which help body to grow . Cortisol level decreases.
Sleep disorders and its problem
When a healthy person dont take enough sleep a number of problem occurs with the person such as:
• Increased risk of heart attack. A person taking 6 hours of sleep is more likely to get heart attack than that person who takes 8 hours of sleep
• Diseases such as type 2 diabetes occurs with the person
• A person who takes less sleep is likely to gain weight more and more. And when person don't sleep well he/she likely to get obesity.
• Poor social health happens and person don't react well in the society.
And a number of health relates issue occurs in person and the person is likely to have depression.
How a person can fall asleep easily if he can't?
There are lot of easy ways to have a good sleep. And one of them could be eating good diet. And one can eat almonds , helps brain to secrete melatonin hormone which makes up fall asleep and that control sleeping habits and maintain sleep cycle.
